Lightbend Charity Survey 2017 - Who’s Doing What With Streaming, IoT and Fast Data Apps
Every year, our partner Lightbend does a charity survey on various tech topics–in 2015, it was on Going Reactive. In 2016, it was on Enterprise Data Trends.
This year, we’re partnering with Lightbend to help support their latest survey, which looks into the trends and technologies behind Fast Data (vs. Big Data) as well as use cases for Streaming and IoT apps.
It's just 20 questions, takes between 3-6 minutes to complete, and works pretty nicely on mobile devices. As a reminder, each completed survey adds towards a donation towards the Kogics Foundation, a public charitable trust in India run by Lalit Pant that provides free education to underprivileged children (including programming in Scala via Kojo), financial and in-kind help to the poor, and even medical assistance to those in need.
